The Process
Get In Touch
Phone call, email or visit - whichever way suits you to start your journey. We will take some details of what you are looking to achieve and the possible designs you would like to work with. An appointment will then be made for one of our surveyors to visit you.
Time For A Tea
We reassure you that the visit will be friendly, fact finding and informative. We go into detail about your requirements, planning, design and options and then provide you with a no-nonsense quote there and then. The visit will last anywhere from 20 mins to a couple of hours depending on your needs and the work involved - our time is yours and you will never be under any pressure to buy.
The Deposit: Getting Started
When you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll put a full contract of work in place so you know exactly what we’ll be taking care of to alleviate any hiccups or confusion during the order and installation process. A 50% deposit will then be taken. Once the order is placed you can expect a 3-6 week wait for any work to take place and we’ll keep you updated throughout.
